In 2004, the province implemented the project of industrial-urban-service complex. It can be considered as a highlight to create motivation for urban and industrial development in the province. The complex is planned on an area of ​​4,196 ha, total investment of 3,000 billion VND at the time of deployment, located in Ben Cat Town, Tan Uyen Town and Thu Dau Mot City.

In addition to industrial parks with synchronous and modern investment in infrastructure, a high-class service area is planned at around 612.7 hectares, urban areas including resettlement areas with an area of ​​1,662 hectares, with administrative, cultural, medical, educational, commercial, hotel, office rental projects ... Many power-generating projects that have been built in KLH have really brought a new physique to Binh Duong's urban area, emphasizing vitality and creating a real resilience for the comprehensive and sustainable development process.

Along with that, the provincial People's Committee has approved the detailed planning of 5 resettlement areas in communes and wards: Phu My (71ha), Hoa Loi (140.6ha), Dinh Hoa (78.4ha), Phu Chanh (248ha) and Tan Vinh Hiep (103ha) to arrange resettlement for households in the planned area of 7 power generating routes with a total length of 34km to ensure smooth traffic throughout the area and connect to the transport system. In addition, investing in power supply systems, water, post and telecommunications to meet the needs of the people and investors.

In particular, the province has also completed the planning of New City Binh Duong - the political-economic-cultural center of the province with a scale of 1,000 hectares, designed with the most modern criteria. Binh Duong City is the "heart" of the modern, dynamic and sustainable complex. Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Chairman of Becamex IDC Corporation, said that Binh Duong New City has absolutely the prospect of developing harmoniously and synchronously with the overall planning of the province and linking with the southern key economic region as a place with friendly living space, favorable business and investment environment, becoming a symbol of the sublimation of Binh Duong.

In addition to developing urban projects, there are many apartment buildings, residential areas, social housing areas in the province, meeting the diverse needs of housing and creating architectural landscapes for the metropolis. One of the typical projects has to mention Viet Sing Residential Area, Thuan An City. It is invested modernly by Singapore standards, full of convenient functions as a miniature city for all audiences. Along with convenient transportation system, shimmering lighting system, markets in the residential area are planned, methodically invested, diversified essential goods to serve people's daily life. Along the roads D1 and N7, restaurants, food restaurants are busy. Besides, entertainment services also sprung up.

Directly connecting with routes of Pham Ngoc Thach, Huynh Van Luy, My Phuoc - Tan Van, Hiep Thanh III, Hiep Thanh Ward, Thu Dau Mot City as a "green island" creates a harmonious beauty between nature and the people of a modern urban area. The residential areas have more than 50% of the area for welfare infrastructure works, with wide and wide asphalt roads, full of rainwater and wastewater drainage systems, ensuring the standards of modern urban areas. .

Hiep Thanh III was approved in 2004 by the Provincial People's Committee, covering a total area of ​​431,531m2.
