localities in FDI attraction. With 2,93 FDI projects capitalized at more than
US$17bln, Binh Duong has been appreciated as an international standard
investment climate by FDI enterprises.

Binh Duong has so far taken many synchronous measures to further absorb more FDI capital. Particularly, Binh Duong has focused on developing industrial parks. The whole province is now home to 28 industrial parks with nearly 9,000 hectares in total.
Binh Duong has also promoted key traffic projects connecting with provinces and cities in the region, including the My Phuoc-Tan Van expressway project with a total investment capital of more than VND3.5trillion. Once completed, this will contribute to opening new opportunities for Binh Duong in FDI attraction.
Together with well-built infrastructure, Binh Duong has built many concentrated urban areas in association with the development of trade-services at workforce’s demand. The 1,000 ha-Binh Duong new city project is worth most notable with many works put into operation, creating a new image for modern Binh Duong city and a good impression on FDI enterprises. Binh Duong new city has so far lured many projects regarding trade-services, real estate…Noticeably, the Japanese Tokyu group’s project in Binh Duong new city has a total investment capital of more than US$1.2bln.
Human resource development
Binh Duong has also bent on human resource training at investors’ requirements. The whole province now has 10 universities, namely International Mien Dong, Viet Duc, TDM…, and many colleges together with some educational projects in operation. This educational system has contributed to training hi-quality human resources at FDI enterprises’ requirements.
Binh Duong is well-known as a locality with good policies in absorbing human resources from other localities. One of the province’s policies highly appreciated in this field is the social housing project for laborers. Binh Duong has also called for economic sectors to get involved in building public works like tenement houses, schools, hospitals, entertainment areas…at workforce’s demand.
Also thanks to the above policies, laborers have kept their mind on work and made a strong attachment with Binh Duong, contributing to the province’s success in FDI attraction.
Possibly speaking, Binh Duong has over time taken many synchronous measures on infrastructure-urban development, human resource training…to better serve the business community. This has also won FDI enterprises’ faith. If the above measures are further upheld and perfected, it is sure that FDI capital pouring into Binh Duong will be very great in the coming time.
