In 1997, there were only 65.28% of the local households in use of power. The rate was 100% as of September, 2019. PCBD has constantly made efforts in improving the quality of services for customers; diversified customer care methods via channels with switchboard 19001006 and 19009000, App Store, Zalo…and payment channels.

Pham Thanh Lam, Vice-Director of PCBD’s Sales Manager said that over the past time, the company’s staff have made solidarity to surmount difficulties and excellently fulfill entrusted tasks. For many consecutive years, the company was one of the Southern Power Corporation’s top units in carrying out entrusted tasks.
Improving customer service quality
Over the past time, PCBD attached special importance to improving the quality of services for customers. The company also set reasonable methods on power supply, aiming to well ensure supply of power for socio-economic development and people’s daily life.
According to leader of the company, the company will closely monitor over power grid management and operation in the coming time, preventing incidents and winning customers’ faith. The company will also work with big customers to catch their demand in order to reach agreements on solutions of power supply and saving…, ensuring safe, continuous and stable supply of power.
In addition, the company will continue realizing customer service programs; build up a qualified staff with professional working manner; shorten the time of dealing with customers’ demand.
It is known that the company’s commercial power output over the past 11 months was more than VND12.4billion kWh of power. The figure in 2019 is estimated at more than 13.5billion kWh of power, equivalent to more than VND24.1trillion in revenue, 130.61 times higher that 1997.
With achievements done over the past time, the company was awarded the third-class Labor Medal in 1995, the second-class Labor Medal in 2002, the first-class Labor Medal in 2008 and the third-class Labor Medal in 2014….
