At the meeting, Cao Xuan Thu Van thanked the attention of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front to works and activities of Farmers' Union. She said, together with Farmers' Unions in the whole country, Farmers' Union at all levels in the province actively mobilized members to enthusiastically work for economic development, and effectively participate in the new rural construction program, promote the development of farmers' unions and movements in the whole province.
Nguyen Hoang Thao said, besides industrial development, Binh Duong also has potential and advantages for agricultural development. The province also promulgated mechanisms and policies to develop agriculture, farmers and rural areas.
Thao hoped that in the coming time, the province would continue to receive more attention from the Vietnam Central Farmers' Union so that farmer works and movements in the province would further develop, helping Farmers' Unions at all levels in the province operate more effectively, contributing to the province's sustainable development.
