Phu Giao district’s production value of industry and home industry in the first half of 2015 was estimated at more than VND1trillion or 40.6% of the yearly plan and up 2.29% compared to last year’s same period.
Of these, central State-run companies reached over VND 433.6bln or 40% of the yearly plan and up 2.3% compared to last year’s same period. Local State-run companies obtained over VND118.2bln or 340.6% of the yearly plan and up 13.86% compared to last year’s same period. Non-State companies gained over VND448.3bln or 41% of the yearly plan and up 3.24% against last year’s same period. Foreign-invested companies secured VND7.4bln or 46.25% of the yearly plan and up 2.8% compared to last year’s same period.
The local industrial production in the first half of the year continued growing up, but it was still lower than last year’s same period, according to the assessment of the district’s People’s Committee. This is because since early this year, district-based companies have still faced difficulties in production and business.
