After 30 years of development, Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company (JSC) has constantly risen up along with the evolution of Vietnam’s rubber sector and become a strong trademark in the world market
So far, Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC has developed more than 16,000
hectares of rubber in 3 districts of Phu Giao, Tan Uyen and Ben Cat with 7
plantations and more than 5,900 laborers, 2 subsidiary companies…Its annual
rubber latex output reaches more than 20,000 tons, securing a total revenue of
more than VND2trillion. 
Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC has just been conferred the second-class Independence Medal
Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC has also got involved in many other business scopes. Since 2009, the company has set up 2 subsidiary companies specializing in rubber growing and trade in Cambodia with a total area of over 9,180 hectares.
To achieve the current results, Phuoc Hoa Rubber JSC has built development strategies in accordance with each period. In the initial period of 1982 and 1986, the company planted more than 14,330 hectares of rubber, established 8 plantations, 14 departments…with more than 5,000 staff.
Between 1986 and 1992, the company continued growing 16,000 hectares of rubber and exploited 330 hectares of rubber. The lives of staff herein saw more improvement with many welfare policies realized.
The 1993 and 2007 period was seen as a period the company got stabilization in production. During the period, the company continued investing and raising the quality of latex rubber productivity to 2 tons of rubber latex per hectare and began applying the ISO 9002 quality management system. Also upon this, the company’s products have become the favorites of clients at home and abroad.
In 2005, the company won the title of “Prestigious Export Enterprise” from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Its products were also awarded the High-quality and Prestigious Vietnamese Farm Produce Award 2007 by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development. Besides, the Ministry of Science and Technology presented the ISO Golden Cup Award 2007 to the company.
With achievements done, the company was also conferred many other noble titles, including the Labor Heron in the Renewal Process in 2006, the second-class Independence Medal in 2012, the first-class Labor Medal in 1998, the third-class Feat of Arms Medal in 1996, the third-class National Defence Medal in 2009…
