The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) - Binh Duong Branch, informed that from the beginning of this year, to give preferential credit to policy beneficiaries, the SBV has synchronously applied many lending measures, focused on lending according to Resolution 11/NQ-CP dated January 30, 2022 of the Government on the socio-economic recovery and development program; Resolution 43/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly on fiscal and monetary policies to support the socio-economic recovery and development program.
Accordingly, the implementation of credit policy groups at Provincial Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) achieved good results. As of the end of October, total debt was 4,288 billion VND, reaching 94% of the plan. Of which, lending to support job creation, maintenance and expansion of jobs was 160 billion VND, reaching 100% of the plan; social housing loans 59 billion VND, reaching 58% of the plan. Lending to non-public preschool and primary education establishments reached 2.7 billion VND, meeting 100% plan... Currently, the Provincial Bank for Social Policies is submitting a proposal to the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to allocate additional capital of 100 billion VND for social housing loans to promptly disburse in the last months of 2023.
