According to the report from the People's Committee of Tan Uyen city, the situation in 2023 unfolded under more challenging conditions than favorable ones. The city's economy and society have gradually recovered positively, achieving many favorable results, with all 23 targets being met and exceeded. Among them, the value of industrial and construction production is estimated at 37,332 billion VND, an increase of 13.14% compared to 2022. Total retail sales of goods and consumer service revenue are estimated to reach 21,936 billion Vietnamese dong, an increase of 23.27% compared to 2022. It is worth noting that the total state budget revenue is projected to reach 4,418 billion VND, achieving 121% of the provincial allocation estimate (3,643 billion VND). This represents a significant growth rate in the context of the domestic economy being heavily impacted by the global economic situation.
