In the process of building Binh Duong smart city, Becamex IDC has always been proactive to propose and implement much work with the goal of perfecting the province's industrial and innovative ecosystem in the next period. The World Trade Center Binh Duong New City (WTC BDNC) has become an important bridge to promote trade activities, attract and transfer technology and high-quality resources.

Recently, the WTC BDNC, KOCCA have held a press conference to introduce the series of events to promote the creative service sector in Binh Duong in 2023. The overall series of events will take place within 4 days from September 14 to 17, 2023, including many activities with own particularities.
"The Vietnam international Culture & Character Week 2023 is the first event. The event shows the close attachment between the culture of Vietnam - Korea as well as cultural diversity, marking Binh Duong's mark on the world tourist map. Taking place at the same time is a contest to create iconic characters with the desire of receiving entries to build iconic images and characters for Binh Duong province.
In order to build up a young generation of Binh Duong with flexibility, creation, smart citizens in the future, Binh Duong will organize “The Learn & Play Festival 2023” for local communities and educational institutions, looking forward to finding diverse contents for teaching and learning in the near future.
Hong Jeong Yong, Director of KOCCA Vietnam affirmed that the series of events marks the next foundation of the cooperation relationship between KOCCA Vietnam partners, COEX and WTCBDNC to create a new platform in the creative service sector. This is a good opportunity for domestic and foreign enterprises to approach international enterprises to promote trade activities. The local community also has opportunities to learn and develop new fields and industries.
