Early June 20, Binh Duong provincial Council for Selecting Outstanding Rural Industrial Products (ORIPs) held a meeting to approve the scoring results for the ORIPs nominated from district level. The meeting was chaired by Nguyen Thanh Toan, Director of provincial Department of Industry and Trade.
The products were selected at district level and nominated for provincial level, including 14 products from Thuan A city, 12 products from Ben Cat city, 12 products from Tan Uyen city, 12 products from Phu Giao district, 12 products from Dau Tieng district, 11 products from Bau Bang district and 8 products from North Tan Uyen district.
The products are categorized into four groups: handicraft products; processed agricultural, forestry, aquatic products and food; machinery, tools, mechanical spare parts and other products. At the meeting, provincial Council for Selecting ORIPs voted and proposed that provincial People's Committee recognize 41 products as the 7th provincial ORIPs 2024.
