Possibly speaking, the province has a very good investment climate, especially VSIPs are always attractive to foreign investors in general and Japanese ones in particular. This is because the VSIPs have a modern and synchronous infrastructure system with environmental conditions and order-security ensured. Most Japanese enterprises in the VSIPs have worked very effectively. I also hope that more and more Japanese enterprises will invest in the VSIPs.
