So far, the whole province has had a total of 105 markets, 11 supermarkets, 5 plazas, 393 retail petrol agents, 972 retail LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) stores…The province has also ensured an adequate supply of power for people’s daily life with the level of 850 kWh of power per person per year.
Regarding its orientation for infrastructure development till 2020, the province’s sector of industry and trade will bend on making investment in trade-service infrastructure in Binh Duong new city, TDM city; building plazas in the southern areas of Ben Cat and Tan Uyen in association with developing new urban areas, supermarkets to serve industrial parks; promote services of the collective economic sector in rural areas of the province.
The sector will also continue upgrading and developing a network of wholesale and retail markets in rural areas of the province; give priority to promoting logistics and high-quality services; coordinate with the province’s sector of power to step by step place middle, low-voltage systems in the southern concentrated urban areas of the province underground; make investment in the local middle-voltage grid and transformer stations as planned in the 2016-2025 period…
