Province promotes trade connection, market expansion

By the end of November 2018, the Horasis Asia meeting 2018 took place successfully in the southern province of Binh Duong. With the theme of “Vietnamese dynamism-New vision”, the event actually opened up opportunities for enterprises to make trade connection and market expansion, exchange management experience in the globalization period and the world’s economic development trend, thereby serving their production expansion.

Possibly speaking, when taking in the Vietnamese market, enterprises will enjoy opportunities to approach most great markets of the world…

Tran Thanh Liem, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People’s Committee said that the Horasis Asia meeting 2018 was a chance for delegates, enterprises to learn and experience about Asia, the features of land, people and investment climate of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong in particular, helping them get more new choice on a reliable investment destination. This was also the foundation for the region’s long-term prosperity in the future.

Investment attraction

Mr.Liem added that the Horasis Asia meeting 2018 also defined visions and feasible solutions to promote an open multilateral trade system, advocate startup enterprises and share experience in all socio-economic fields; get access to advanced technologies, improve management capacity, sci-tech development…

The event also contributed to developing a project on Binh Duong smart city…After two years of implementing the Binh Duong smart city project, Becamex IDC has made connection with great corporations at home and abroad. In the framework of the Horasis Asia meeting 2018, Becamex discussed and signed memoranda of understanding with Bangladesh’s Nitol Niloy Corporation and Singapore’s Intelizest Corporation. Accordingly, the agreement with Nitol Niloy is expected to strengthen trade and investment in industrial development, education and electronics, with the aim of building a smart city. The signing with Intelizest will foster collaboration in blockchain, AI and IoT to support technology applications for enterprises and the government.

Possibly speaking, the province’s efforts in infrastructure investment, synchronous planning and smart city building will create advantages for enterprises when making investment herein.
