Province’s total retail revenue reaches nearly VND 286 trillion

The province’s total retail sales revenue of goods and services reached nearly VND 286 trillion. Provincial Statistics Department said that the province’s total retail sales revenue of goods and services revenue in October 2024 was VND 31.61 trillion, up 2.2% and 14.3% over the previous month and the same period in 2023. The figure in the first 10 months of 2024 was VND 285,798 billion, up 12.5% ​​over the same period in 2023. Of these, the State economic sector increased by 12.2% while the private economic sector, the individual economic sector, the foreign-invested economic sector increased by 8.9%, 19.1% and 19%, respectively.

Particularly, the province’s retail sales revenue of goods reached VND 184,227 billion, an increase of 13.1%. Revenue from accommodation, eating-drinking and travel services reached VND 25,260 billion, an increase of 8.8%. Service revenue reached 76,309 billion VND, an increase of 12.4% over the same period in 2023. Most service industries had a good increase, of which medical services and social assistance activities increased by 16.8%. Computer and household appliance repair services increased by 8.1%.
