In 2014, Trade Unions at all levels under provincial Business Bloc’s Party Committee have put focus on education of the Party and State’s policies and laws among laborers. The focus of the propaganda is on the conclusions, resolutions of the Conference of the 11th Party Central Committee; the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union; the Resolution of the 9th Congress of the provincial Youth Union; the Labor Code, the Trade Union Law…and relevant documents.
They have also taken initiative in participating in the construction and surveillance over the implementation of policies pertaining to laborers; monitored and petitioned the local functional agencies to settle enterprises violating the Labor Code and the Trade Union Law in order to build up a harmonious, stable and advanced labor relationship, reducing the number of the local labor dispute cases compared to 2013.
