Early April 5, provincial Businesswomen’s Club held its 4th congress for the 2013 and 2015 tenure, in attendance of provincial People’s Council Vice-Chairwoman Tran Thi Kim Van.

The club now has 60 members. In the 2010 and 2012 tenure, the club made considerable achievements, especially in social charity activities. Members of the club subscribed nearly VND2.4bln to social charity activities. They also organized talk shows on women’s healthcare; made dissemination of information about new policies and laws; exchanged and shared experience with entrepreneurs in other localities, etc. In the 2013-2015 tenure, the club has set up its target of raising VND2.bln to social charity activities.
Addressing the congress, Mr.Nhi spoke highly of the club’s contributions, especially to social charity activities over the past time. He also added that the club needs to take better care of businesswomen and female laborer’s legitimate interests; promote exchanges for better development, etc.
The congress also elected a new executive committee of provincial Businesswomen’s Club for the 2013 and 2015 tenure with 7 members. Vu Kieu Nu continued being nominated as head of the club.
