Huynh Lam Phuong, Head of the Southern Agency of the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance awards the certificate of merit to outstanding individuals in the emulation movement of collective economic and cooperative development between 2016 and 2020.
In the last tenure, the alliance reached and surpassed almost the set targets. The whole province has so far had a total of 187 cooperatives with 30,380 members and charter capital of more than VND801.28billion. On average, each cooperative reached the annual profit of VND726million. The monthly income of laborers at province-based cooperatives and people’s credit funds was VND6million-VND6.5million and VND14.5million, respectively.
The alliance in the 2020-2025 tenure will strive to develop 230-250 cooperatives with the annual growth of 16% and the average income of laborers at cooperatives and people’s credit funds of VND 95million and VND230million per person per year…
Addressing the congress, Nguyen Thanh Truc, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee suggested the alliance to improve and diversify propaganda-training forms on collective economy for better development. He also asked for the alliance to boost training for cadres, enhancing their capacity in protecting members ‘legitimate rights and interests…
At the congress, Nguyen Tien Dung was elected as Chairman of the 6th provincial Cooperative Alliance for the 2020-2025 tenure. On this occasion, the Vietnam Cooperative Alliance awarded the mementos “For the cause of cooperative development” to 6 individuals making contributions to the local cause of cooperative development and construction; the certificates of merit to 20 outstanding collectives and individuals in the local collective economic development. Provincial People’s Committee also awarded the certificates of merit to collectives, individuals with excellent achievements in the local emulation movement of collective economic, cooperative development between 2016 and 2020.
