Early December 21, provincial Cooperatives’ Emulation Group, under provincial Alliance of Cooperatives, held a conference to review emulation and commendation activities in 2024 and outline directions, tasks for 2025.
In 2024, under the direction of provincial Alliance of Cooperatives, provincial Cooperatives’ Emulation Group implemented the Law on Emulation and Commendation and related regulations on emulation and commendation activities. It organized the signing of emulation agreements for 2024 among cooperatives and distributed self-assessment templates for classification based on criteria issued by provincial Alliance of Cooperatives. These templates served as the basis for scoring emulation activities, with the participation of 33 cooperatives.
During the year, provincial Cooperatives’ Emulation Group awarded 20 scholarships to the offspring of disadvantaged workers from cooperatives and provided "Cooperative Shelters" to workers facing housing difficulties in Dau Tieng district’s Minh Hoa commune. Additionally, it organized a program for visiting and learning from cooperatives in neighboring provinces.
To enhance operational efficiency and uphold achievements done in 2024, provincial Cooperatives’ Emulation Group has outlined key tasks for 2025, including further promoting emulation movements launched by higher authorities and localities, developing cooperatives into increasingly transparent and robust organizations, striving to excellently fulfill business and production plans for 2025, effectively implementing social policies, creating jobs, improving working conditions, increasing income opportunities for cooperative members and workers…
