Provincial Customs Department holds dialogue with Korean enterprises

Early June 29, Binh Duong provincial Customs Department coordinated with province-based the Korean Chamber of Business (KOCHAM) to hold a dialogue conference with Korean enterprises investing in Binh Duong. The dialogue was attended by leaders of provincial Customs Department and its units; leaders of province-based KOCHAM and more than 120 Korean enterprises investing in Binh Duong.

At the dialogue, representative of provincial Customs Department disseminated new regulations and policies related to customs procedures, inspection and supervision among enterprises; on-spot export and import; the field of import and export tax; notes and warnings of some mistakes that enterprises often make in customs declaration and post-clearance inspection... Through the dialogue, provincial Customs Department propagandized regulations related to enterprises promptly while receiving contributive ideas from Korean investors making procedures here, thereby helping them stabilize, develop, expand investment and production.

Currently, provincial Customs Department is carrying out procedures for more than 400 investors from Korea operating in the province. According to the assessment of provincial Customs Department, Korean enterprises have invested in many fields and have always had good cooperation with customs authorities in implementing import and export procedures. Many enterprises have got more and more thriving and expanded their investment, positively making contributions to the local economic development.
