Provincial delegation visits and works with Lego Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd.

On March 25, a delegation from Binh Duong province, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Loi, a member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Party Committee, visited Lego Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd. This visit aimed to learn about and discuss the company's support proposals.

During the meeting, Mr. Jesper Hassellund Mikkelsen, Factory Director of Lego Manufacturing Vietnam, expressed his pleasure in welcoming the provincial delegation. He also extended his sincere gratitude to the provincial leaders for their ongoing support and collaboration since the factory's construction began.

Mr. Jesper Hassellund Mikkelsen stated that all construction activities for the factory are on schedule and are entering the final stages. They are preparing for the inauguration ceremony, which is expected to take place in April. Currently, the factory is focusing on trial operations, training personnel, and conducting small-scale production. After the inauguration and the official start of production, the factory will supply products to the entire Southeast Asian market.

Mr. Jesper Hassellund Mikkelsen discussed the preparations and organization of the inauguration ceremony. He also suggested that the province expedite the processes for purchasing solar power, electricity storage batteries, and other related resources.

At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi acknowledged the suggestions from the company. He requested that departments and branches continue to collaborate with the company to swiftly address any issues within the province's jurisdiction. Regarding matters that fall under Central authority, Mr. Nguyen Van Loi stated that the province will send delegations to directly engage with central ministries and agencies, aiming to resolve these issues before April 9.
