On Aug. 15, a delegation of the provincial department of Agriculture and Rural Development and some departments, agencies paid a visit to Ho Chi Minh City’s hi-tech agriculture area in hamlet 1, Pham Van Coi commune, Cu Chi district.

Local agricultural experts visit an orchid planting model.
The hi-tech agriculture area was founded in 2004 with the total area of 88.17ha with the total investment capital of VND152bil. The delegation learned about many models of producing mushrooms, planting orchid, vegetables, dragon fruit, among others.
After the visit, many experts said that this is a good model in conformity with Binh Duong’s conditions. Therefore, it should be mulled over plans for practical application.
