Early July 24, provincial Department of Industry and Trade (DoIT) held a conference for advanced role-models; partially reviewed its activities and handed over the certificates of provincial-level rural industrial products 2020, in attendance of Nguyen Thanh Truc, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee together with representatives of some units and businesses in the province.
During the 2016-2020 period, provincial DoIT made efforts in advising provincial People’s Committee, the Ministry of Industry and Trade on making programs, plans and solutions opportunely; actively worked with sectors, departments, localities and business community to seek solutions to remove difficulties, stimulate demand, promote goods consumption, stabilize production-business and prevent Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, the province’s targets on export growth, total retail sales revenue of commodities, services, index of industrial development…gained and surpassed the set plans.
In the first half of 2020, provincial DoIT basically completed entrusted tasks with focus on stabilizing essential commodities at the complicated development of Covid-19 pandemic and supporting businesses to remove difficulties, due to the pandemic.
At the event, leaders of provincial DoIT awarded the certificates of merit to 8 collectives and 6 individuals with excellent achievements in administrative reform between 2015 and 2020; presented the certificates of merit to 3 outstanding individuals in the movement of following Uncle Ho’s teachings in the 2015-2020 period, 3 outstanding collective and individuals in the movement of the Youth Union taking part in Party and government building. Provincial Officials ‘Trade Union also handed over the title of the best Trade Union to the Trade Union of provincial DoIT. In addition, provincial Labor Union awarded the certificates of merit to an outstanding individual in the movement of well working and building up a powerful Trade Union last year.
On this occasion, provincial DoIT was awarded the emulation banner of the Ministry of Industry-Trade (MoIT). Provincial DoIT and 14 individuals were also presented the certificates of provincial People’s Committee Chairman for their excellent performance in 2019. Besides. provincial People’s Committee awarded the certificate of provincial-level typical rural industrial product 2020 to 27 products.
