In 2017 and first eight months of 2018, leaders of Provincial industrial parks’ Management Board directed OSS divisions to quickly solve dossiers and procedures for people and businesses. Specifically in 2017, the unit settled over 6,000 dossiers of all kinds, of which nearly 3,000 dossiers were dealt ahead schedule. In the first eight months of 2018, nearly 4,000 records were settled, of which over 1,500 records were dealt ahead schedule.
From now to the end of 2018, Provincial IPs’ Management Board will focus on reviewing administrative procedures, simplifying administrative procedures and creating conditions for people and businesses to access public administrative services. The Board will focus on modernizing the administration, maintaining and improving the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2008; strengthening the connection with departments, branches, districts, towns and city in order to well settle administrative procedures. Besides, the board will focus on training, fostering professional skills for civil servants, improving working style of cadres and civil servants.
