Provincial Job Placement Center’s job transaction floor has acted as a firm bridge between enterprises and laborers, helping them shorten the time of seeking information for recruitment and labor demands. Necessity for job transaction floor
The whole
country is now home to 44 job transaction floors with the frequence of one
session/month. Whilst, it is organized twice a month by Binh Duong provincial Job Placement
Center. Most job
transaction sessions herein focus on job consultancy, recruitment consultancy,
human resources administration and development…From that point, laborers will
be introduced to enterprises, organizations and individuals in need of
workforce for production and business activities. 
Laborers making job applications at the 74th provincial job transaction session
As a locality in the Southern key economic zone, Binh Duong now absorbs more than 12,000 domestic and foreign-invested enterprises. They needs around 50,000 or 60,000 laborers annually, so the organization of the province’s job transaction floor is very necessary. Provincial Job Placement Center organized 68 job transaction sessions in a connection between online and direct consulting information from July 2008 to May 2013. Since early this year, the center has opened 10 job transaction sessions, absorbing 401 enterprises with the recruitment demand of 39,012 laborers.
Provincial Job Placement Center has recently realized that the expansion of online job transaction floor via yahoochat, skype… will be an advanced trend in the future. The application of information technology has also helped the center provide enterprises and laborers with a large amount of information regarding labor and recruitment demands. Meeting labor demand and market
Along with sci-tech application, the province’s program linking with other localities to supply workforce at enterprises’ requirements in the 2007 and 2010 period under the decision of provincial People’s Committee has infused a fresh spirit into the job creation of the local labor market.
The above move has helped provincial Job Placement Center know more about the lack of laborers in specific industries such as information technology, computer network administration, electronics, footwear, furniture…Upon this, the center has so far organized many seminars on occupations suitable to the province’s real labor demand with the participation of provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, universities, colleges, junior colleges and vocational training schools across the province.
Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Head of provincial Job Placement Center said: “Provincial job transaction floor is not only a place to meet the local labor market’s supply and demand, but also promotes enterprises’ products to all people. In the coming time, the center will set up a personnel club, including those who are in charge of personnel departments at province-based enterprises. The goal of the club is to help these staff share mutual experience, improving their personnel management ability while also helping the center to know more about enterprises’ recruitment demand. Through the information channel, laborers will have an overall look about the local labor market. When taking part in provincial job transaction floor, enterprises will also have a chance to promote their products at booths arranged by the center…”.
