Recruitment with attractive conditions
Province-based enterprises have announced to urgently need from 300 to 1,000 laborers to serve their production and business activities. The result of the 77th job transaction session just held at provincial Job Placement Center showed: The labor market in the province is now very animated.
Reportedly, the 77th job transaction session absorbed 118 enterprises with the demand for recruitment amounting to 8,547 laborers. Employment recruitment needs of these enterprises were mainly in the fields of transport service, mechanism, furniture, construction, insurance, electronics, footwear, food processing, education, real estate trade and many other services.
More than 1,500 laborers also directly visited the 77th job transaction session. Among them, 1,418 laborers, including 714 female laborers, 901 immigrant laborers and 718 technical ones, took direct interviews from recruiters at the job transaction session. In addition, there were more than 8,500 laborers visiting the event on internet. The center’s online job transaction floor also received 1,069 job applications and 190,345 visitors in September.
Requirements down, welfare policies up
As surveyed, many enterprises now need 300 to 1,000 laborers for expand production. There are a lot of announcements of urgently recruiting labors hung along ways to province-based industrial parks, namely Song Than 1, 2; Binh Duong, Dong An…
Some industries currently need a large number of laborers. Particularly, Grand Art Furniture Vietnam Co.Ltd., which is specialized in manufacture of furniture products for home decoration, has tried to recruit 8,000 laborers. Or, Rochdal Spears Co. in Thuan An town now also needs 452 unskilled laborers and 8 skilled ones.
In fact, some enterprises have not claimed high requirements for laborers, especially for unskilled ones. They are also ready to give vocational training to laborers without workmanship. When being signed labor deals, laborers will enjoy a series of welfare policies in accordance with the Code on Labor.
Other enterprises have even decided to lower their recruitment standards for laborers. Meanwhile, their recruitment announcements have detailed information on employment, salary and allowances for laborers to easily select.
Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Head of provincial Job Placement Center’s Job Introduction Department said: “In general, there has been an increase in the number of participating enterprises and requirement needs at the recent job transaction sessions. The center has linked with many localities without industrial parks to supply laborers for Binh Duong in the 2011 and 2015 period. The center has also taken initiative in contacting universities, colleges and junior colleges in the region to supply skilled laborers for province-based enterprises”.
