Early January 4, Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee received a delegation of the Southern Power Corporation under the Electricity of Vietnam’s (EVN SPC), led by Le Van Trang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Member Council of the EVN SPC.
At the reception, Mr. Trang briefed some results of the EVN SPC's activities over the past time, expressed his gratitude to provincial leaders for their efforts in creating favorable conditions for the EVN SPC as well as Binh Duong Power Company to successfully complete their tasks. It is expected that in 2023, the EVN SPC will implement 11 110KV substation projects in the province.
Mr.Minh said that in 2022, although the situation had certain difficulties, the economic growth of the province reached 8.02%. This result has a positive contribution of the electricity sector, ensuring the power source for enterprises’ production and business. He requested relevant departments and sectors to closely coordinate with the EVN SPC and Binh Duong Power Company to promptly remove obstacles in the process of implementing the local electricity projects and works in order to promptly put them into operation at the supply of electricity for enterprises’ production, business and people’s daily life...
