At the working session, Song Kian Koo, General Director of Guoland Real Estate Co.Ltd. briefly informed provincial leaders of the company’s activities in the province. Since 2005, the company has implemented numerous projects, namely The Canary high-class complex at Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park, Aeon Mall Binh Duong…The company is strengthening marketing on the local investment climate. Especially, there will be a Mercedes Benz showroom of 1.1 hectares in Thuan An town invested by LSH Vietnam Corporation. For the project implemented favorably, the company wants to receive support from provincial People’s Committee, relevant sectors and departments in dealing with procedures on land, traffic and investment.
Mr.Liem congratulated Guocoland Binh Duong Real Estate Co.Ltd. on the effectiveness of projects invested by it. The province will further create favorable conditions for the company to work under the law. He also hoped that the company will implement its projects logically, contributing to the local urban rejuvenation, deserving the scale of a Binh Duong smart city in the future.
