At the reception, Mr.Hung highlighted the local potentialities and advantages while mentioning some issues on hi-tech agricultural development, human resource training…that need to have comprehensive cooperation with Russian enterprises. He also expressed his desire of calling for Russian enterprises to make investment in the above fields.
In response, the Russian Consulate General affirmed that Vietnam and Russia have enjoyed extremely fine relations and hoped that they will continue being promoted. He also informed Mr.Hung of forwarding comprehensive cooperation between Orel province’s Orlovsky district in Russia and Binh Duong province; especially emphasized that Russia is always ready for supporting Binh Duong to make cooperation with Russian enterprises…
*The same day, Dang Minh Hung, Vice-Chairman of provincial People’s Committee also welcomed Chen Dehai, Chinese Consulate General in HCM city.
At the meeting, Mr.Hung said that Binh Duong signed a cooperation agreement with China’s Guangzhou province. The initial results from the agreement will be the foundation for the two sides to boost cooperation. He wanted to receive support from the Chinese Consulate General so that the bilateral cooperation will get better. Provincial leaders have always created favorable conditions for foreign investors in general and Chinese ones in particular to work effectively while believing that the traditional friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and China will get more comprehensively and better.
The Chinese Consulate General also expressed his thanks for the warm welcome and said that he has visited Chinese investors in Vietnam many times and always reminded them to comply with the Vietnamese law. He thanked provincial leaders for their efforts in assisting Chinese enterprises to further develop. In the coming time, he will continue being act as a bridge between Binh Duong and Chinese enterprises for cooperation in aspects.
