At the meeting, Prof.Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh said that there are still "bottlenecks" in the direction and operation of localities, leading to certain limitations in administration. Accountability is the basis for measuring the results and performance of each unit and individual, thereby setting reward levels. Work results are also reflected in satisfaction in serving people and businesses.
Prof. Dr. Tran Ngoc Anh recommended that in the coming time, the province should continue focusing on building and completing administrative reform tools. Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Minh suggested relevant departments and sectors to continue discussing more specifically to set up effective solutions on administrative reform, contributing to improving provincial Public Administration Reform Index), best serving people and businesses.
