He expressed his hope that the provincial government will continue to provide favorable conditions to expedite investment in both the Bac An Tay Urban Area Project and the Dong An Tay Urban Area Project.
The Bac An Tay Urban Area Project covers an area of 70 hectares in An Tay Ward, Ben Cat City. Its strategic location is near significant routes such as DT744, DH609, and the planned Ring Road 4. Meanwhile, the Dong An Tay Urban Area Project spans over 288 hectares across An Tay Ward and Phu An Commune in Ben Cat City. Both projects are set to include construction of apartment buildings, townhouses, and mixed-use facilities combined with commercial and service areas, which will feature offices, shopping malls, supermarkets, and restaurants. They will also provide educational facilities like kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, medical facilities, and public infrastructure, such as parks and green spaces, fostering an ideal, safe, and environmentally friendly living environment.
In his remarks at the meeting, Mr. Vo Van Minh urged departments, branches, and local authorities to collaborate with determination and focus on removing obstacles and challenges. He emphasized the importance of providing maximum support to investors to accelerate the implementation of the projects according to the approved plans.
