On 17th December, provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a meeting to approve the coefficient adjusting land prices (K) and the percentage determining land rent prices in 2015 in the province. Standing PPC’ Vice Chairman Tran Van Nam chaired the meeting.
Provincial People’s Council has been approved the land price list applied for 5 years (2015-2019). Department of Finance suggested that the K coefficient for year 2015 should be preserved to be the same as year 2014; added the K coefficient of new routes to the Land prices planning 2015 draft for commercial service land in rural areas and in urban areas; adjusted K coefficient for routes having price fluctuations; areas, routes having adjusted types, prices in the Land prices planning 2015 draft.
Regarding the percentages to determine land rent prices, the Department of Finance proposed that PPC preserves the same percentage as 2014 for 2015.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Tran Van Nam agreed with the proposals and recommendations of the Department of Finance, simultaneously asked the Department of Finance to finish the draft to submit to PPC.
