Provincial People's Committee has issued a plan to develop e-commerce in Binh Duong province in 2023.
The purpose of this plan is to promote the dissemination of legal education and e-commerce training; enhance non-cash payment; step by step change consumers' shopping habits and behavior towards civilized and modern.
Provincial People's Committee aksed departments, branches and localities to enhance the use of means, forms and applications of non-cash payment in using services and purchasing goods at modern distribution and retail establishments, conventional markets, suppliers of electricity, water, telecommunications services, healthcare, education and in online shopping in the province; striving by the end of 2023, the proportion of the population shopping online reaches 10%, non-cash payment in e-commerce reaches 15%.
