On Nov. 25, Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee paid a working session with Mr. Ricardo Mattei, director of Development Cooperation Agency under the Italian Embassy in Ha Noi, reps of Association of machinery production along with Italian experts of small and medium business development.
At the working session, Mr. Ricardo Mattei said that the Italian government is ready to offer an Euro15mil preferential loan for the project of improving competitive capacity for small and medium enterprises and business training center and technical support.
This project will be launched at some provinces in the South Vietnam and focused on 3 areas of management training for senior managers for small and medium enterprises, establishment of technical support centers and area development.
Mr. Ricardo Mattei said that small and medium enterprises in Binh Duong province are suitable to the project’s goal and hoped that the provincial People’s Committee would play an important role in establishing this project.
Through the working session, Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee highly appreciated the project’s targets and said that small and medium enterprises are very important for development of socio-economy.
Le Thanh Cung, chairman of the provincial People’s Committee said that the provincial administration supports this project and hoped that the Italian delegation would counsel more useful advices for enterprises and associations in the province to rapidly and effectively launch the preferential loan.
