Provincial People's Council approves list of 6 land plots to implement some projects

Binh Duong Provincial People's Council has issued Resolution No. 01/NQ-HDND, which includes a list of land plots available for bidding to select investors for investment projects utilizing land in the province. The Council unanimously approved a list of six land plots to be put up for bidding to identify investors for these projects.

Namely, Di An City will bid for a 32.5-hectare land plot in Tan Binh Ward to execute the Tan Binh New Urban Area project. Tan Uyen City bids for a land plot of 8.4 hectares in Thai Hoa ward used for the first phase of the Education and Training Complex Project. Ben Cat City bid for 3 land plots with a total area of 652 hectares, including An Tay Urban Area Project (An Tay Ward, Phu An Commune) with an area of 268 hectares; Urban Area Project North of Ring Road 4 (An Tay Ward) with an area of 284 hectares; An Tay General Port (An Tay Ward) with an area of 100 hectares.

The Provincial People's Council assigned the Provincial People's Committee and relevant departments and branches to conduct bidding to select investors to implement projects in 2025.
