Provincial Post Office to heighten quality and expand services

 

According to leaders of the Provincial Post Office, postal delivery has been identified by this unit as the core business goal, thereby focusing on improving service quality and application of information technology to meet needs of customers using internet, computers, and smart phones in e-commerce. Besides, Provincial Post Office regularly gave trainings, equipped postal staff with smart phones, meeting requirements of many large customers such as Lazada, Honda, Hyundai... In 2018, this field achieved revenue of VND 164.3 billion, accounting for 45% market share; Post Offices of Thu Dau Mot City, Thuan An Town and Di An Town stand at the top in terms of revenue of provincial Post Office system.

To achieve this result, Provincial Post Office focused on developing skilled staff and workers (1,200 employees), 50 post offices and 12 mail routes.
