Di An city People’s Committee just conducted a public poll of Binh Thang ward on the draft compensation and support for resettlement affected by the section of Vanh Dai 3 passing Di An city.
The compensation and support pricing are accordingly to the settlement affected the section of Vanh Dai 3 road passing Binh Duong at 4 types of land-use rights including urban land-use, trade-servce, agriculture, and non-agriculture.
The localities in direct effect of Vanh Dai 3 in Binh Duong province include Di An city, Thuan An city, and Thu Dau Mot city. Under the Vanh Dai 3 Road Project, 508 cases were affected by the retrieval of land-user rights on 350,000 square meters of land. According to the draft plan, land-use rights of land located along the section from Dong Nai province to Thu Duc city in Ho Chi Minh city of Ha Noi Highway eyed the highest compensation price of VND 41.9 million per residential land. Such highest price of VND 35.6 is on land located in the section from Ngai Thang Marketplace to Tan Van flyover. Under the plan, Binh Duong province starts the project construction from and in June 2023 to basically complete the works in 2025 before official use from 2026.
