It was the opinion of Binh Duong Association of Real Estate at the conference summing up activities in 2017 and disseminating the 2018 action plan on 16 March. Attending the conference were more than 100 members and representatives of Department of Construction and real estate association in Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai.

According to Binh Duong Real Estate Association’s report, in 2017, the province mobilized resources for social development investment with a total capital of VND81,264 billion, contributing actively enhance the real estate market in Binh Duong compared to previous years. During the year, the province had 110 commercial housing development projects with a total area of 1,905 ha, total floor area of 3.9 million m2, of which 25 projects were completed and put into operation, 60 projects are being implemented, the remaining projects are delayed due to lack of capital.
Although real estate market in 2018 has had many optimistic signs, Binh Duong Real Estate Association has not forgotten to issue warnings and specify limitations in the past so that members of the association could have a good view of the market, from which take actions to develop a healthy and effective market.
