According to a report by provincial Department of Planning and Investment, as of November 30, the province absorbed more than US$3billion in FDI, an increase of 148% over the same period in 2021. And the real estate sector continued being rank second in FDI attraction in 2022.
During the year, foreign investors poured capital into 14 economic sectors. The processing and manufacturing industry took the lead with total investment of more than US$ 1.93 billion, or 62.77%; Real estate business ranked second with total investment capital of more than US$ 1.1 billion, or 36.58%. As of November 30, 2022, the province had 4,082 valid projects with total registered FDI capital of nearly US$ 40 billion. Among them, the processing and manufacturing industry accounted for the highest proportion with over US$ 29.1 billion and the real estate business ranked second with over US$ 7.3 billion. The third position belonged to construction industry with over US$ 1.2 billion.
