Provincial Department of Natural Resources and Environment disseminated regulations on solid waste management in the province for more than 300 enterprises in VSIP 1, 2, and 2A.
The main content was to thoroughly understand the concepts of ordinary industrial solid waste and Decision No. 23/2016/QD-UBND dated 5 Aug 2016 of Provincial People's Committee on regulations on solid waste management in Binh Duong, and amendments, supplements to Decision No. 29/2017/QD-UBND dated 13 Dec, 2017 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Regulations on solid waste management in the province. It was the practice to classify common industrial solid wastes into two groups, i.e. waste and industrial solid waste, which must be treated and destroyed.
According to the plan, Department of Natural Resources and Environment will continue to disseminate regulations on solid waste management in the province for enterprises in and outside industrial parks in the province to help enterprises understand and implement in accordance with this regulation.
