Removing bottlenecks, creating favorable conditions for businesses to expand investment

Provincial People's Committee has directed the implementation of Directive No. 06/CT-TTg dated March 10, 2025 of the Prime Minister on key tasks and solutions to proactively, flexibly, promptly, appropriately and effectively adapt to the global and regional situation in order to achieve growth targets, maintain macroeconomic stability, curb inflation, and ensure major balances of the economy in 2025 and the following years.

Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches and Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities to focus on tightening discipline, administrative discipline, promoting responsibility for implementation, thoroughly grasping, synchronously and effectively implementing tasks and solutions for socio-economic development according to the conclusions of the Central Committee, the Politburo, key leaders, resolutions of the National Assembly, the Government, and directions of the Prime Minister on comprehensive socio-economic development in 2025 to achieve the growth targets set out in the Plans for implementing Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP, Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP of the Government and Official Dispatch No. 1372/UBND-TH of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing Official Dispatch No. 22/CD-TTg of the Prime Minister. To research and deploy some viewpoints, mottos, goals and general orientations in directing and operating each sector and field to ensure synchronization from the central to local levels, from the provincial level to each commune and ward in the spirit of "Respecting time, promoting intelligence, decisiveness and timeliness", "Strengthening awareness, being persistent in goals, being resolute in action, being creative in implementation, and being effective in management".

In addition, focus on effectively resolving programs and projects that are facing difficulties and obstacles with partners, especially the province's key large programs and projects, and promptly report to the Provincial People's Committee to remove development bottlenecks; continue to create favorable conditions for foreign enterprises to expand investment, shift and maintain supply chains inside and outside the province, promote the increasingly deep participation of State-owned enterprises and private enterprises in global production and supply chains...
