*People in Phu An commune contribute nearly VND 1.3 billion to building roads
*Giving gifts for humanitarian addresses and people with difficult circumstances
Early December 29, Nguyen Van Loi, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Head of provincial National Assembly deputy delegation; Nguyen Van Loc, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Council attended the groundbreaking ceremony of CPH 066 street in Ben Cat town’s Chanh Phu Hoa ward.
CPH 066 street has a total length of 950m, with road base width of 6m, concrete surface width of 5m, water ditch on each side of 0.5m. The entire cost is about VND 1.5 billion, sponsored by Binh Duong Water - Environment Joint Stock Corporation (Biwase). In addition, the local people also agreed to donate about 1,700m2 to building this road. The household with the largest land donation area was Mrs. Bo Thi Gai's household with an area of 200m2...
Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony and launching the socialization movement to build roads, Mr. Loi requested that Ben Cat town and localities in the province need to focus on leading and directing drastically and effectively; concentrate on key points, avoid spreading investment, combine propaganda, encouragement and replication of the "State and people working together" movement, mobilizing social resources to focus on infrastructure investment and urban rejuvenation. He spoke highly of the local mobilization work, welcomed the spirit of the people of Chanh Phu Hoa ward’s quarter 1B and hoped that this spirit would continue spreading more strongly in the coming time.
*On the same morning of the day, provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Van Loi and his delegation visited and met representatives of a number of households who contributed funds and donated land to building Phu An 075 rural road in Phu An commune’s Ben Giang hamlet in Ben Cat town.
The road is covered by concrete with a length of 1,600m, width of 4m, and 1m of stone on both sides. The total investment is about VND 1.3 billion, funded by the local people. Mr.Loi highly appreciated the local efforts in mobilizing people's strength to building the road, contributing to building a more and more prosperous and beautiful rural area of Ben Cat town. He expressed his affection and gratitude to the local households who contributed funds as well as land to building roads under the socialization policy.

He hopes that charitable and practical actions from the "Zero dong” market-day, the program of giving gifts for humanitarian addresses will partially reduce the burdens and difficulties in life to get a better life.
