Results of Resolutions No. 13/NQ-CP and No. 29/QH-2012 have won back trust after two months of deep declination of CPI and a gloomy picture of macro-economy.
When the pressure of interest rate is down
The two authority resolutions have firstly remove barriers to enterprises by interest rate adjustment announced by Mr. Bui Van Nu, Director of Binh Duong Branch of State Bank of Vietnam. Under direction of the government, loan interest rate in 4 prioritized fields of agriculture, import and export goods, small and medium enterprises, and supportive industries has promoted loans up to VND 67,494 billion. Enterprises are now more accessible to loans. On the other hand, commercial banks such as Vietcombank and VIDB have not only followed direction of State Bank of Vietnam but also offered debt grace to enterprises upon investigation of inventories.

As for tax exemption, grace, and reduction, the provincial Tax Authority estimated that VND 424.079 billion of VAT, VND 204.570 billion of Enterprise Income Tax, VND 10.737 billion of land rents, VND 623.832 billion of land-use fees have been graced for 4,180 enterprises.
As asserted by Director of Binh Duong Tax Authority, the supporting package of the government has revived enterprises.
The supports continue
Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Le Thanh Cung stressed on necessary broadcasting of favorable policies to enterprises timely. As for banking system, he demanded that resolutions and circulars should be strictly followed. For specific banks and credit institutions, he suggested that the interest rates should be adjusted to help enterprises together with tight control of interest rates to prevent bad debts.
Departments and sectors of customs, investment and planning, industrial park management, etc. were called to investigate and remove obstacles barring enterprises from optimal operation.
