At the present, Lotte Mart including restaurant chain, clothing stores and supermarket is having a new recruitment of 5-50 part-time workers to works of fast food processing, packaging, kitchen hands, serving, and sale. A2 Company on My Hoa Hop Street at Thong Nhat quarter, Di An town needs now a large number of part-time labors to make samples, deliver flyers, introduce and give advices to customers during a product trial at provincial markets. Monthly wage is from VND3mln to VND5mln for each person and students are prioritized. Kinh Do Company needs to recruit 100 seasonal labors, negotiated wage. Phat An Khang Company located at Hiep an, TDM City is recruiting 20 new female labors to work part-time jobs. Thong Dien Company also recruits 50 labors working part-time.Although these are seasonal jobs, most companies offer interests and incentives to their employees. A2 Company located on My Hoa Hop Street set forth policies for seasonal employees to have job promotion, attend training courses, and can enjoy all incentives in accordance with laws. According to Human resource manager of a recruiting company, most employees are pleased with their seasonal jobs, because they have received reasonable wage that is worthy of their effort. Some seasonal labors even have entered into long-term employment contract with the company after seasonal job’s time. According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Job Introducing Office’s Manager of Binh Duong Job Introducing Center, at the present time, many companies came to the center to look for seasonal labors working in supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and some food processing companies. This type of job is suitable for students or new graduates. The seasonal labor’s number in need is increasing on days near Tet, because companies have to complete their business contracts. Some professions like sale, food processing also need a lot of labors to manufacture products for Tet holidays.Currently, the center is announcing widely recruitment information so that labors can have a wide range of job selection.
