On the afternoon of July 11, after more than 30 construction months, the construction project of Bach Dang 2 bridge across Dong Nai river, connecting Bach Dang commune, Tan Uyen city of Binh Duong province with Binh Loi commune, Vinh Cuu district of Dong Nai province organized a ceremony to connect the last two spans T2 - T3.
Bach Dang 2 bridge project has a total investment of more than 420 billion VND funded by the budgets of Binh Duong and Dong Nai provinces. The bridge and approach roads on both sides of the bridge have a total length of more than 2.8km, of which the bridge is about 410m long, 17m wide, 4 lanes. The project also includes many other sub-items such as railings, lighting systems... Construction of Bach Dang 2 bridge aims to develop the inter-regional road network and road system between Dong Nai and Binh Duong.
The decision to invest in the Bach Dang 2 bridge project was unanimously agreed upon by Binh Duong and Dong Nai. This investment aims to improve travel convenience, boost trade, and drive development in the entire region. The project has received active support from people whose land areas were recovered for the project’s site clearance. The connection of Bach Dang 2 bridge’s segments has brought great joy to the people of the two localities.
