Early July 28, the Agency for Industrial Promotion in collaboration with provincial Department of Industry and Trade organized the seventh southern industrial promotion conference 2016, in attendance of leaders of the Departments of Industry and Trade in 20 provinces and cities in the region.

The total expense for industrial promotion activities in the region in the first half of 2016 reached more than VND28billion. At the conference, participating delegates presented some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of industrial promotion activities and improve administrative reform for the sector. They also mentioned the real situation of industrial promotion activities and measures to raise their effectiveness in the forthcoming time.
