Early August 16, Sharp Manufacturing Vietnam Co., Ltd (SMV) held a ceremony to celebrate its 2nd anniversary at Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park II A.

The event was attended by Vo Van Minh, Vice-Secretary of provincial Party Committee, Chairman of provincial People's Committee; Nobuhiro Watanabe, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh city; Kozo Mizushima, Chairman of Japan Business Association in Vietnam.
At the event, leaders of Sharp Corporation (Japan) said that after 2 years of establishment, SMV Company under Sharp Corporation has worked effectively. To achieve this result, along with the efforts by the company’s leaders and employees, it was also the enthusiastic support of all-level authorities and sectors of Vietnam in general and Binh Duong province in particular. The company aims at achieving its total revenue of VND 3.15 trillion in 2022, 3 times higher than the time of its establishment in 2020. Sharp Corporation aims at turning SMV into a prosperous development factory in Binh Duong province.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Minh congratulated the company on its 2nd anniversary while believing that with decades of experience in attracting foreign investment, along with its smart and sustainable development strategy, Binh Duong province is a suitable place for Sharp Corporation to reach long-term development and work effectively. Binh Duong is committed to creating the best conditions for the corporation to develop its project in the province.
On this occasion, SMV Company also inaugurated its factory.
