The emulation movement of "Good labor, creative labor" has stimulated the working spirit, technical initiatives of workers, contributed to the growth of companies and income of workers. Among 30 exemplary workers from southern localities awarded merit certificate of "Good labor, creative labor" by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor in the Worker's Month, Phan Dinh Mao and Le Hoai Vu were workers from Binh Duong province receiving this honor.

Initiatives from the heart loving their job
Phan Dinh Mao and Le Hoai Vu are head and deputy head of electrical engineering division under Nghe Nang Industry Company (Tan Dong Hiep Ward, Di An Town). With their courage and creativity, the two workers created successfully industrial fan IFAN III-54C with outstanding features in design and new technology application to save energy, have large wind flow, small noise, and be environmentally friendly. This product is also suitable for cooling industrial factories, garment or footwear factories, industrial livestock farms, crops and vegetables…, and has attracted a large attention.
With swarthy skin but bright eyes, Le Hoai Vu (born in 1976) has impressed everybody with his gentleness. In 2005, he started to work at Nghe Nang Industry Company as a maintenance worker. With his enthusiasm and creativity, he completed all assigned tasks. In 2012, he was appointed head of electrical engineering division. Due to his working experiences, he always gets trust and satisfaction from the company’s Management Board. Mr. Vu said: “We are very honored to make small contributions to the company and consumers. Receiving merit certificate of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor is the motivation for us to keep striving and working hard”.
To keep studying and finding new ways
Phan Dinh Mao, who was born and brought up in Ha Tinh, came to Binh Duong to nurture his dream. With his determination, diligence, learning spirit, he went from a worker to deputy head of electrical engineering division of the company. Always studying, searching new ways to work most effectively is his motto.
Mao said, all Vu’s and his ideas have been derived from actual works. To meet increasing customer demands, help consumers to save energy, help the company to save costs, Vu and Mao created industrial fan IFAN III-54C. This fan is being produced at the company.
Talking about this product, Mr. Ngo Manh Hung, Director of HR Department cum Chairman of the company’s Trade Union, appreciated this initiative, which has benefited the company. Their initiative has helped to improve labor productivity, reduce costs, decrease production price, and enhance competitive advantages. The efforts and contributions of all employees always noted and awarded timely by the Board of Directors.
Industrial fan IFAN III-54C with its outstanding features is one product created by talented hands, the creativity of employees working in Binh Duong land. Every one took charge of each stage, then they contributed their strength and wisdom to create high-quality products, contributing to brand building of enterprises, facilitating business growth, and increasing worker’s life.
