Provincial Youth Union and its affiliates have reaped a lot of achievements in the last tenure, contributing to making positive change in the youth task.. They have taken initiative in grasping socio-economic performance and youth union members’aspirations to effectively implement movements. Upon this, young people have become more voluntary in solving such social issues as environmental pollution, traffic accidents, social welfare….To know more about this, Binh Duong Daily had an interview with Vo Van Minh, Secretary of provincial Youth Union.

 

 

Provincial Red Cross Association and its affiliates have so far mobilized more than 4,000 units, organizations and individuals to give help to 440,000 turns of needy cases with more than VND75bln under the campaign of “Each organization, each individual should stick to a humanitarian address”. Particularly, they provided free meals for poor patients; awarded scholarships to poor pupils; provided medical check-ups, medicine, gifts and wheelchairs for the disable; gave monthly subsidiary on rice for poor people, Agent Orange victims…

An Airbus A321 aircraft numbered VN1305 carrying 110 passengers from Danang to HCM City was the first flight departing from the new terminal.

Saluting the 67th anniversary of Vietnamese People’s Military Day (Dec. 22, 1944-2011) and the 15th anniversary of re-establishment of Binh Duong province (Jan. 1, 1997-2011), the provincial art troupe and Binh Thuan province’s Blue Sea art troupe co-held a music show at Becamex Department Store on Dec. 12 evening.

 

In the morning of December 12, Tan Uyen People’s Committee started construction of Vinh Loi Warzone monument. Attending the breaking-ground meeting was Mr. Mai The Trung – Party Committee Commissioner cum local Committee Secretary together with veterans, history witnesses, members of female C4 cannon team registered to liaision board of former Chau Thanh District.
