Youths act for environment
Implementing a program concerted by local Youth Union and local department of Natural Resources and Environment, Binh Duong youths conducted activities of environment protection effectively. With plentiful and various forms combined between promulgation work and significant activities, environmental protection activities of youths and unionists have created a good effect for the society and the public, contributing to local socio-economic development.
Over 30,000 laborers placed jobs
In the first half of this year, Binh Duong placed jobs for 30,927 laborers, reaching 77% of yearly plan. Besides, the provincial department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and local Industrial Parks’ Management Board and VSIP management board newly granted 2,659 labor licenses to foreign laborers as well as 8,086 labor books to others.

A lottery ticket vendor in need of help
Do Van Trung was born in 1945 and now resides at quarter 5, Dau Tieng township, Dau Tieng district. Unfortunately, he met with a traffic accident when selling lottery tickets on road. After more than one month of receiving medical treatment at the Cho Ray Hospital, his family had to take him to provincial General Hospital because of not having enough money for further treatment.
