Most enterprises in the province last year faced difficulties in production and business, affecting the lives of many laborers.  So far, there have been 23 industrial parks in operation, according to provincial Industrial Parks Management Board. They have absorbed 230,647 laborers, up 2.09% compared to 2012. Of these, 176,862 laborers have worked for FDI enterprises or 76.68% of total while there are 53,785 laborers at domestic enterprises or 23,32% of total.

The department’s highlighted character of implementing administration procedure reform in the past year was control of regulations of administration procedures, publicity of relevant procedures on electric information pages.
